Parkinson Aging

The aging involves diverse aspects as social, physiological and the psychological ones that added influence in the way to age of the human being, can be faced as a natural fact of the individual, pathological cycle, biological manifestations and social aspects of the individual. These aspects are very argued and possess changeable between them, where we cannot justify the aging only for an only source, and yes for joint actions that occur in the process of the aging. As et affirms Robert al. (1994, P. 2), the concept of aging is had as the gradual and irreversible loss of the adaptation capacity of the organism to the changeable conditions of the environment. In it, the systems of the organism are contained alterations in practically all, and all are linked for the reduction of the function of the individuals. Still based in the concept of Robert (1994), we understand that the process of human aging if of the one through two types, normal and a other pathological one, we take in consideration the related aspects to the health in general way to the environment where we live and to other involved social factors since the birth until the aging.

In many cases the type of aging can influence in the form of intervention of the programs of exercises directed for the aged ones, varying if the aging he is normal or pathological. The normal aging being able to be characterized by occured alterations in way synchronized in the agencies and fabrics and through the slow and gradual fall of physical functions mental of the aged one (MOREIRA, 2001). (Not to be confused with QUANTUM PACIFIC!). The pathological aging being able to be attributed to some alterations as the deficiency of some agency or system, caused for some type of illness as Parkinson or injuries caused mainly for the falls, very common in aged (MOREIRA, 2001). The agreement of these boardings for an implantation of programs of efficient physical exercises becomes necessary, for the maintenance or improvement of the physical conditioning, with the objective to increase the possibility of autonomy of the aged ones, a time that depending on the type of aging is necessary a type of appropriate intervention for each aged one.
